A Far East theme infuses the hotel's pagoda-style exterior, interior tea house and Ming Terrace restaurant. Eight other specialty restaurants at the hotel offer various cuisines and room service. Guests also relax by dipping in the rooftop pool surrounded by waterfalls and rejuvenate in the Spa Caribe Health and Fitness Center. The Imperial also features a video arcade for the kids.
In addition to business services, the hotel features 53,000 square feet of meeting space, which includes a convention center, exhibition space for 200 vendors, and 13 meeting rooms for corporate confabs, family get- togethers and other gatherings for 2,000 guests. The Imperial's 1,088 guestrooms feature city or bay views, Internet access, coffeemakers, pay movies, video- game consoles and other amenities.
In addition to some gaming action, guests-mostly vacationers-enjoy shopping for jewelry, clothing and sundries at the Imperial's busy indoor promenade. Golfers are close to major golf courses, including the home of the Nike Classic tournament, while recreational enthusiasts will go wild over the area's boating, Jet Skiing, sailing, windsurfing, snorkeling, canoeing and swimming.
